ARNOLD CASALE
CEO, MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Casale oversees the entirety of our day-to-day business, production and purchasing operations,
and leads our strategy and planning functions as well. He has been a member of the Board of Directors
since 2009.
Mr. Casale is a successful, entrepreneur with over 40 years in the food and restaurant business,
including retail and food service. An innovative entrepreneur, he developed the technology that
allowed for the mass production of the classic New York-style par-baked bagel and its introduction
into many fast-food systems. From April 2000 to December 2006, he was the owner of the Brooklyn Bagel
Company, a producer of par-baked bagels. He co-founded Arnie's Bagels, Inc. in 1991 which was later
sold to the Quaker Oats Company in 1994. Arnie's Bagels customers included Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's,
Friendly's, A&P and many more.
In the 1970s and 1980s, Mr. Casale owned several retail "hand rolled" bagel shops where he perfected his
formula, including the Famous Gem Bagels on Houston Street in New York City (next to Katz Deli), and
Kings Bagels in Brooklyn. Mr. Casale was also a franchisee of one of the highest grossing Carvel Ice
Cream shops in New York City for 10 years and was instrumental in bringing Froze Fruit, an all natural
fruit dessert on a stick, to market.

ROBERT BERTRAND
PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICIER
Mr. Bertrand is responsible for all financial and administrative functions of our company. He has been
the President and Chief Financial Officer of The Original SoupMan, Inc. since December 2009 and Soup
Kitchen International since November 2004. With 33 years of financial and operations experience, Bob
brings financial and operational discipline to our organization. Between 2008 and 2010, he was the Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a startup manufacturer of healthy, indulgent chocolate
products sold under the brand name of "SOBE."
From 2000 to 2002, he was a partner in Bullard Financial, Inc., a financial services firm specializing in
strategic financial planning for small businesses, their owners, and their officers. Mr. Bertrand spent 20
years with two publicly traded companies, Industrial Acoustics Company, Inc. (from 1990 to 2000) and Bairnco
Corporation (from 1980 to 1990), starting as accounting manager and ultimately ending up as CFO and Senior
Vice-President of Finance and Administration. He started his professional career in 1977 with Singer & Lusardi,
a well-respected, independent CPA firm located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Bertrand holds a BS in
Accounting from Northeastern University and a Masters from Columbia University. He resides in Connecticut with
his wife Patty.

SEB RAMETTA
FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Rametta is our Founder; it was his visionary concept to take the "Original Soupman" brand national
that led to the arrangement with Al Yeganeh that made our company possible. He is the Executive Vice President
and Member of the Board of Directors of The Original SoupMan, Inc. He is responsible for the executive
management of our company, focusing on strategic relationships, driving sales and distribution and product
development. Since 2002 he has been a director and officer of International Gourmet Soups, Inc., which became
a wholly owned subsidiary of the Original SoupMan, Inc. in December 2009.
He served as the Executive Vice President and a director of Soup Kitchen International, Inc. Mr. Rametta is
a well-regarded leader of the food service industry, with more than 25 years experience in franchising,
food manufacturing, and the retail food industry. In 1991, Mr. Rametta co-founded Arnie's Bagels, Inc., a
wholesale manufacturer of all-natural premium, par-baked authentic New York bagels. Arnie's major customers
included McDonald's, Disney World, Dunkin' Donuts, Roy Rogers, Friendly's, A&P Supermarkets, King's
Supermarkets, and other major national chains. The business was sold to Quaker Oats in 1994.
Mr. Rametta then acquired a significant stake in Ranch*1 Group, Inc., an innovative New York City-based
grilled-chicken franchise company. From 1996 until June 2001 Mr. Rametta was a director of Ranch *1 and
from March 1999 until June 2001 he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ranch *1.

DANIEL RUBANO
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS, MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Rubano has over 25 years of successful franchise and restaurant experience. He has held his current
positions with The Original SoupMan, Inc, since 2009, and was a member of Soup Kitchen International, Inc.
Board of Directors from 2003 until 2006. From 2005 to 2009 he was the President of Ranch*1, a grilled
chicken franchise, and for two years, President of Johnny's NY Pizza, a full service restaurant franchise,
and Rollerz Wraps, a quick service salad and wrap franchise, all owned by Kahala Corporation.
Since 2001, he held various positions within Kahala Corporation which included; Vice President of Blimpie/Hess
Account, Director of Operations, and Franchise Sales. Kahala Corporation is the franchisor of over 3,000
restaurants under the names of Cold Stone Creamery, Ranch*1, Blimpie, Surf City Squeeze, Taco Time, Johnny's
NY Pizza, Samurai Sam's, The Great Steak and Potato Co., N'rgize and Frulatti Café. He was previously
the Director of Franchise Operations for Ranch*1 from November 1996 through August 2001.

JOE HAGAN
PRESIDENT OF SALES AND INVESTOR RELATIONS
Mr. Hagen has 20+ years of Wall Street experience in investment banking, as a financial advisor, and
in retail financial services. He has also served as the VP of Sales and Investor relations of The Original
SoupMan, Inc since 2009. Joe has raised tens of millions of dollars to enable small and medium-sized
companies, and entrepreneurs, to expand their businesses and create enormous economic value for themselves
and the American economy.
Before joining The Original SoupMan, Inc., Mr. Hagen worked as an investment advisor at Joseph Stevens &
Co., Inc. and Fordham Financial respectively from 2006 to 2009. From 1998-2006 Mr. Hagan was CEO of Grayson
Financial, a full service securities broker dealer he co-founded. Prior to founding Grayson, Joe was a
registered representative and supervisor at M.S. Farrell & Co., Inc. where he was their top producer for
eight consecutive years. He began his career at Smith Barney and Shearson Lehman Brothers. Mr. Hagan
holds a BS in Business/Marketing from Marist College where he graduated in 1989.
Mr. Hagen resides in Colts Neck New Jersey with his wife Margherita, and their four children ages 16 months
to 12 years. He is very active in youth sports as a head coach and a volunteer, including the Little League
All Stars, Travel Baseball, and the Pop Warner Youth Football Association.

Mr. Yeganeh is our - and the world's - Original SoupMan. As such, he has overseen our production,
quality control, and new product and menu development, and has been made public appearances in support
of our marketing strategy. Mr. Yeganeh has more than 35 years experience in the culinary arts and opened
the famous Soup Kitchen International restaurant in New York City on 55 St and 8th Ave in 1984.

ADAM HANFT
CHIEF BRAND AND MARKETING STRATEGIST
Mr. Hanft is a nationally known expert in consumer marketing and has been called a "marketing guru" by U.S.A.
Today. His mission is to make the Original SoupMan one of America's most successful consumer companies, just as
he has created breakthrough marketing campaigns for other iconic brands.
Some of the companies who have benefited from Mr. Hanft's strategic and creative insights are Procter & Gamble,
Sony, Tyson, Match.com, AT&T, and Bic. He also sits on the board of Scotts Miracle-Gro (NYSE:SMG), the global
leader in lawn and garden products.
Articles and commentaries written by Adam about branding, marketing and the consumer culture appear regularly in
the Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, Fast Company, and CNN.com. For five years he wrote "Grist" - Inc.
magazine's back-page column. He is also a frequent commentator on public radio's Marketplace, and is often
interviewed by print and broadcast media for his opinion on branding and marketing issues. He has appeared on
the Today Show, The Daily Show, CNBC, Fox News, and many other outlets. Mr. Hanft is also the co-author of Dictionary
of the Future, a best-selling book that was described by Wired magazine as a "memetic encyclopedia of what's to come,
an engaging crash course in bleeding-edge ideas and debatable issues...it's an entertaining and
enlightening trip."
Mr. Hanft began his career as a comedy writer for Garry Marshall, working on "Happy Days" and "Laverne and Shirley".
He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of New York University. He is married to Flora, and they have two sons, Simon and Lucas.

REGGIE JACKSON
SPECIAL ADVISOR STARTEGIC RELATIONSHIPS
Mr. Jackson is our brand spokesperson and the Original SoupMan Special Advisor Strategic Relationships.
As such he attends our restaurant Grand Openings, works on high profile national accounts and assist in
the sales and marketing efforts. He served this role for The Original SoupMan Inc. since 2009 and for Soup
Kitchen International, Inc. since January 2008. He is also Chairman of the Al Feeds the Hungry Foundation,
Inc. a non-profit organization launched by The Original SoupMan in 2005 that donates funds to local hunger
charities each time a new franchise location opens. Mr. Jackson is also an investor in our company.
Mr. Jackson, nicknamed "Mr. October" for his clutch hitting in the postseason, is a former Major League
Baseball right fielder who won three consecutive World Series titles as a member of the Oakland A's in the
early 1970s and also won 2 consecutive titles with the New York Yankees. He was inducted into the Hall of
Fame in 1993.
